Lewis and Clark Lamps

Lewis+Clark hosts shows by local, regional and international artists on a periodic basis in our gallery space on Lincoln Street in the Vista. Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Bill Jackson - Garden Horse

Opening at Vista Lights 2005, November 17, and continuing through January 31, 2006, Lewis+Clark gallery presents three artists: Aiken’s Wiliam G. Jackson and Columbia’s Anna Redwine and Thomas Crouch.

Bill Jackson will present two life-size, welded-metal horses. Jackson’s most recent museum show is Degrees of Separation: From Figuration to Abstraction, a two-person exhibition with Augusta artist Philip Morsberger at the Blanden Memorial Art Museum in Fort Dodge, Iowa. The show will close in November. Jackson has shown in the Chattahoochee Valley Art Museum in La Grange, Georgia, and at the Columbia Museum of Art. He was born in Hogansville, Georgia. He is the owner of The Jackson Gallery in Aiken.

Anna Redwine is working on her MFA at the University of South Carolina art department. She has shown her work in the university’s McMaster Gallery. Redwine will be showing paintings and drawings.

Thomas Crouch is a local artist who earlier this year showed at Gallery 80808/Vista Studios. He will be showing paintings.
